We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in the South West, who are looking to appoint a locum Adult Social Care Lawyer on a fully remote basis, for a 3-month contract with potential for extension.
 
The hourly rate for the position is negotiable, subject to PQE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling own varied caseload of Adult Social Care and Court of Protection matters
• Advising on care management and assessments, mental capacity, mental health, asylum, immigration and adult safeguarding
• Undertaking own advocacy and representing the Council at virtual Court hearings as required
