A Local Authority in the North East is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Locum for an initial three-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

The Role

This is a varied and engaging litigation role, covering:

• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Contractual and property disputes
• Hearings and advocacy
• General civil litigation matters

Remote working, with the ideal candidate being able to attend court once a month or as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor with a background in local government or private practice
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
