Locum Childcare Lawyer

£50 - £60 per hour

Hybrid or Remote Working

Full-time

6 months contract

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-established local authority in Lancashire that requires a childcare lawyer to join them on a locum basis.

The role can allow for home-based working, although hybrid is desirable. As Childcare Solicitor you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Handling a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children's matters
  • Attending PLO and legal planning meetings
  • Drafting legal documents, including statements and threshold agreements
