A Local Authority in the North East is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Locum for an initial three-month contract, with the potential for extension.

The Role:

This is a standard litigation role covering; debt recovery, hearings and advocacy, contractual disputes, property disputes, etc. 

While remote working is available, the ideal candidate will be able to attend the office as required, even if very infrequently.

Requirements:

• Strong background in civil litigation within local government or private practice
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive local authority team

Start date: ASAP
Contract: Three months (scope to extend)
Location: North East
