Job Description:

Childcare Lawyer - North West

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a childcare lawyer to join their team on an interim basis

The role:

Initial contract until August
Remote apart from Court hearings in the North West (usually around once per week)
Holding a caseload of 10-12 care proceedings + PLO's/related applications
Start date within the next 6 weeks
Part-time or full-time candidates will be accepted

Advocacy is essential for this role
Only qualified solicitors, legal executives or barristers will be considered
