Adult Social Care Lawyer – East Midlands

Vivid are working with a local authority in the East Midlands who are looking to bring an Adult Social Care Lawyer into their team on a 6 month contract.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling locum contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

The ideal candiate:

• Handling a mixed caseload of Deprivation of Liberty and Deputyship Applications.
• Has experience dealing with Court of Protection applications under s21a of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• Previously worked in a local government.
