Adult Care Lawyer – North West - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the North West who are looking to bring an Adult Social Care Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling locum contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

The ideal Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• Has experience dealing with Court of Protection applications under s21a of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• Handling a mixed caseload of Deprivation of Liberty and Deputyship Applications.
• Previously worked in a local government.
