Childcare Lawyer - Yorkshire

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in Yorkshire who are looking for a childcare lawyer to join their team on an interim basis!

The role:
  • 3-6 month initial contract, with a view to extend
  • Remote apart from Court hearings in Yorkshire (usually around 4 times a month). Office attendance would be a huge bonusu, but not required
  • Holding a caseload of 10-12 care proceedings + PLO's/related applications
  • Start date within the next 1-3 weeks
  • Full-time or minimum 30 hours
Advocacy is essential for this role
Only qualified solicitors, legal executives or barristers will be considered
