Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large authority in the East Midlands who are looking to hire a housing litigation lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive.

 

The role would require candidates to conduct advocacy (non-contested hearings) several times each month and local candidates are encouraged to apply.

 

The Role:

- Covers a broad caseload of housing matters autonomously (possessions, ASBs, homelessness),

- Requires a start date in ASAP,

- Candidates will ideally already have prior local authority experience,

- Conducting advocacy in court (candidates must have prior experience with non-contested hearings),

- Have two employment references available upon request.
