Job Description:

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Solicitor to join the legal team of a large and well respected local authority, on a remote basis.

As Debt Recovery Solicitor, the role form be part of a team focusing on the recovery of a large amount of debt. The successful Debt Recovery Lawyer will carry a caseload of debt recovery matters; including debts in relation to Adult Social Care, property, and general local government debt. It is expected that this role will initially be for 3-6 months, however there is a possibility that the role may be extended beyond that.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a local authority background, however applications from candidates with a private practice background and with relevant experience will be considered.
