Planning Lawyer

Remote / Hybrid Working

Our client, a Local Authority based in Kent is seeking a locum Planning Lawyer on an ongoing, part-time, locum basis.

This role can be undertaken on a hybrid or remote working basis, with attendance in-person required on the first day to collect IT equipment.

Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

The successful Planning Lawyer will be responsible for a mixed caseload to include;

• Negotiating, drafting and completing S106 Agreements
• Providing advice to the Planning team
