Job Description:

Housing Litigation Lawyer – Midlands - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Housing Litigation Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a locum initial 9 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Litigation Lawyer:

  • Dealing with possessions, injunctions, tenancy advice, and other related matters (70% of caseload)
  • Handling a caseload of Disrepair matters (30% of caseload)

  • Liaising with client department

  • 12 month contract to cover maternity leave
