We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in Birmingham who is looking for a talented and experienced Principal Associate to join their Charities Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for employment law and a drive to support charitable organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, both internally and externally, to build lasting relationships and foster referrals.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' legal, commercial, and service needs.
  • Exhibit excellent client relationship and service skills.
  • Showcase strong business development abilities, helping to grow the client base through existing relationships and new work.

Candidate Profile:

You will bring over 4 years of employment law experience gained in a reputable firm with a strong employment law practice. Your knowledge will cover the full spectrum of employment issues, with a particular focus on charities. A proactive and client-focused approach is essential, alongside a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
