Position Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Legal Assistant to join their thriving and friendly team. As a key member of their private client department, you will play a crucial role in supporting their legal professionals as they provide top-tier advice on complex private client matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to wills, probate, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney), and estates.
  • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information.
  • Liaising with clients, other legal professionals, and external parties.
  • Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the team in delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Exposure to private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, and estates.
