Are you an experienced private client professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Head of Department to join a well-established firm as part of the Private Client team, offering an exciting leadership opportunity in the heart of Wimbledon.

This role would be ideal for a Senior Associate with a solid understanding and proven track record looking to take the step up into management.

About the Role: As Head of the Department, you will oversee a talented team of 5, managing a diverse caseload including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and some Trusts. You will play a pivotal role in driving the department's success while ensuring a high standard of client service.

Key Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £70-£80k, depending on experience
  • Bonus Scheme: 10% of everything billed over target
  • Pension: Generous 5/5 split
  • Health & Wellbeing: Bupa Healthcare to ensure peace of mind
