Job Description:

Planning Lawyer – East Midlands - 6 months

Vivid are working with a local authority in the East Midlands who are looking to bring a Planning Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a locum initial 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

  • Provide Planning Advice
  • Deal with Planning appeals
  • Effectively work on section 106's 
  • Handle a mix of Planning enforcement matters.
  • Attend Planning Committee's on an ad-hoc basis
