Job Title: Professional Support Lawyer

Location: Leeds City Centre

About the firm: Seeking a skilled and committed solicitor or professionally qualified individual to join the thriving Private Client team. Working alongside the Senior Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting colleagues across the national network and contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the PC Knowledge Team, you will be responsible for a range of essential activities, including:

  • Supporting the PC team's pursuit of sustained financial performance, client satisfaction, and efficient legal practices.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the legal knowledge and skills of the fee-earners.
  • Contributing to legal research, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of private client law and the private wealth sector.
  • Helping to enhance the visibility and reputation of the team across the firm's national network.

Requirements:

  • At least four years PQE in the Private Client sector or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with contentious private client matters, international work, charities, landed estates, or advising business owners would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong drafting and written communication, as well as the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels, role modeling the firm's values.
  • Outstanding IT skills.
  • A professional, positive, and enthusiastic approach to improving both individual and team performance, fostering a cohesive and high-performing environment.
