Venn Group are working with a Local Authority situated in the North West who require an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their busy team for an initial period of three months.

The client is seeking a candidate with previous litigation experience, ideally gained within a public sector organisation, to start with them at short notice.

• Handling compensation claims against the council up to a value of £1,000,000 as well as providing other general litigation advice to internal services
• Matters involve highways personal injury claims, personal injury claims sustained by pupils in the Council schools and employer's liability 
• Experience within EL/PL

Although office attendance is preferred, our client is willing to consider remote working for a candidate with the right experience.
