Our client, a Local Authority based in the home counties is seeking a Company Lawyer to join their Legal Services on a part-time interim basis for at least 6 months.

This position can be worked over 2-3 days per week and can be undertaken on a remote working basis although attendance will be required monthly for committee meetings.

Responsibilities of the Company Lawyer:

The successful Company Lawyer will be responsible for reviewing and potentially restructuring companies, and will be responsible for advising on governance matters.
