Property Team Leader

Full-Time (34 hours)

Remote or Hybrid Working

Our client, a Local Authority based in the South East, is seeking a Property Lawyer, with prior management experience to undertake the role of Property Team Leader, on an ongoing, locum basis.

This opportunity for a Property Team Leader will be for 34 hours over 5 days per week, and can be undertaken on a fully remote basis, if preferred.

This role involves the management of a property team, who undertake work for three Local Authorities in the region.

Responsibilities of the Property Team Leader:

The successful Property Team Leader will be responsible for managing a property team, including senior lawyers and legal assistants, and holding a complex caseload of property and regeneration matters.

Experience required for the Property Team Leader:

The successful Property Team Leader will have previous, proven management experience, and experience in dealing with complex property and regeneration matters.
