I am currently working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are looking for a commercial Property Lawyer to come and join their team on an interim basis.

In terms of some detail please see the attached: 
- Remote working. 
- 6 Month initial contract.
- Dealing with a mix of; Landlord and Tennant, leases and Licenses and Licensing and a small degree of residential work.
- Must have at least 5 years Local Authority experience.
