We are working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for an experienced locum senior commercial property lawyer to join their team!

No direct management is required, however the successful candidate would be expected to help supervise a trainee solicitor and several paralegals

The ideal candidate will be capable with autonomous working, familiar with complex acquisitions and disposals.

The role:

• Full-time
• 3 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Weekly office attendance
• Rate: £50-55ph depending on candidate experience
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience.
