Job Opportunity: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – East Midlands - £50-55 per hour – Hybrid Working
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Locum Commercial Property Lawyer on behalf of a respected local authority in the East Midlands area. This role offers an initial three-month contract, with the potential for extension, paying up to £55 per hour (Umbrella). The position is predominantly remote, with occasional office attendance required; however, there may be some flexibility in this arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialist Projects: Provide legal support on complex and specialist commercial property projects.
- General Caseload: Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including land sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and land developments.
- Collaboration and Advisory: Advise on academy conversions, land developments, and collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
About You:
This role is ideal for a seasoned commercial property lawyer with experience in both general commercial property work and complex project handling. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
