Job title: Local Land Charges Officer
Location: South Yorkshire
Job description: Venn Group are recruiting a Local Land Charges Officer on behalf of a Local Authority in South Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be available at short notice and will be able to provide interim cover on a long-term basis until April 2027.
 
Duties:

• Leading the migration of the Council’s local land charges data to HM Land Registry’s digital register
• Ensuring that all data meets the high quality standards required for the national register
• Identifying efficiencies in team processes and use of systems
• Reporting project updates to the project board

 
Role Requirements

• A comprehensive knowledge of the LLC service, applicable legislation and regulations
• Ability to work in a high intensity environment delivering outcomes to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with the Total Land Charges database, the Land Registry Workbook, and Uniform (or similar systems)

 
Working hours: Ideally full-time or a minimum of four days per week
Working arrangement: Fully Remote or Hybrid-Working
Rate of pay: £25-35 per hour Umbrella
