You will have experience of dealing with rent disputes (both commercial and residential leasehold), contested debt, general landlord and tenant matters along with experience of dealing with litigated cases (both Claimant and Defendant work) across a variety of different legal areas.

We are committed to recruiting a diverse and highly talented workforce as we continue to build a Council that is fitting and representative of our great city.
