Litigation Lawyer
Locum, 3 month rolling contract
Full Time
London, hybrid working
£55 - £60 per hour umbrella

We are recruiting to an exciting opportunity within a well-regarded London Borough Council for a Locum Litigation Lawyer. This is a hybrid working role with competitive rates, the assignment will begin on a 3-month contract but is likely to be extended on a rolling basis. Our client is looking for someone with hands on experience working in the public sector.

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of:

  • Commercial property litigation
  • Contract disputes
  • Injunctions
  • Judicial review
  • Complex debt litigation
  • Inquests
  • Domestic long leasehold disputes
  • Other general litigation

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected London Borough Council and further develop specialist expertise in a particularly in-demand area of law. As this is a locum role, candidates who are available immediately or at short notice are strongly encouraged to apply.
