An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly and well-supported Local Authority childcare team based in the South East. This is a locum position, anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum period of 3-6 months with the view for extension. The council can offer fully remote working, if this is preferred.

The Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for managing up to 10 cases in proceedings. Although our client would prefer for a candidate to undertake advocacy, they are willing to consider candidates who would prefer to solely manage a caseload.
