Role: Locum Senior Property Solicitor
Location: North West (Hybrid – 1 day per week in office)
Rate: £60–£65 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 9 months+
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied commercial property caseload
Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, and development matters
Supporting regeneration, development, and major infrastructure projects
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
Strong experience in local authority commercial property law
Ability to manage a complex caseload independently
