Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are working with a firm in North Wales who need someone to cover a period of maternity leave in their residential property department. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:
  • Freehold and leaseholds
  • Sales and purchases
  • Transfer of equity 
  • Remortgages

The ideal candidate will be:
  • A qualified lawyer/solicitor. Open to experienced conveyancers
  • Able to provide office presence at least a couple of times per week
  • Be able to start a new role in the next few months
  • Have recent residential property experience

Weekly hours: Full-time or part-time

Contract length: 12 months
