Adult Social Care Solicitor
Bolton - Local Authority (Greater Manchester)
Initial 3-6 month contract
Rate: Umbrella - Negotiable
- 37 hours per week
- Adult Social Care Lawyer required to cover a variety of work including but not limited to the following:
- Court of Protection, ordinary residence, mental health queries, Care Act duties, general financial matters, some policy and procedures work.
- Good support within the team and active supervision.
- Hybrid role, with preference given to those who can attend the office and provide supervision to more junior members of the team.
- Will consider fully remote for exceptional candidates.
- Start date is as soon as possible.
