Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a Principal Lawyer, with experience in either property or planning law to join their legal services team on a locum basis.
Responsibilities of the Principal Property/Planning Lawyer:
The successful Principal Lawyer will be responsible for;
- Line management of 3 Lawyers
- Reviewing and updating processes
- Undertaking a caseload of property or planning matters
Experience required for the Principal Property/Planning Lawyer role:
The successful candidate will need to have a background in property or planning law, and will have experience of managing a team.
