Childcare Lawyer
Part-time or Full-time
Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a supportive and well supported Local Authority childcare team in Kent. This is a locum position, anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum period of 3-6 months with the view for extension. The council can offer fully remote working, if this is preferred.
The Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for managing approximately 12 cases in proceedings. Although our client would prefer for a candidate to undertake advocacy, they are willing to consider candidates who would prefer to solely manage a caseload.
Childcare Lawyers with experience gained from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
The successful candidate will be able to attend the office weekly.
