A reputable London Borough Council is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a part-time basis, for 15 hours per week.

The successful locum Planning Lawyer will be required to hold a caseload of planning and highways work, including Section 106, Section 278 and planning advice.

Weekly office attendance is preferred, therefore our client is ideally seeking London based applicants.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Planning Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running. Therefore, experience being in a similar role within a local authority is highly advantageous, but not essential.
