Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and advising on a range of commercial and procurement contracts
Supporting departments on contractual risk and compliance
Advising in line with local authority governance and public procurement regulations
Managing matters autonomously with minimal supervision
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
Strong experience in contracts/commercial law, ideally within a local authority or public sector setting
Ability to start at short notice and hit the ground running
