Locum Planning & Highways Solicitor – South East

Location: South East England
Contract: 3-6 month rolling

We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Planning and Highways Solicitor to support a local authority in the South East on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on a wide range of planning and highways law matters

• Supporting planning committees and associated decision-making

• Drafting and negotiating legal documentation related to planning and highways

• Providing timely, pragmatic legal advice to officers and members

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with strong planning and highways experience

• Previous local authority experience is essential

• Ability to attend in-person committees once per month

• Able to start at short notice
