About the Locum Planning Lawyer role:

- 3-6 months minimum, likely to be ongoing
- Remote working
- Full time
- £55 per hour umbrella
As a Locum Planning Lawyer, you will handle a caseload of planning matters including:
- Section 106s
- Highways matters
- Countryside planning
- Minerals & waste
Experience working in a local authority is desirable, and the ideal candidate would have at least 5 years' PQE.
