Adult Social Care Lawyer

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Negotiable, umbrella, indicate rate sought

35 hours per week

This post is classified as a flexible worker and requires 2 days office attendance a week, although during the probationary period to support learning and assisting the post holder to excel in the role office attendance maybe up to 5 days per week.

Enfield Legal Services are looking for a locum Adult Social Care lawyer to join our Safeguarding Team to undertake Adult social care work, including Court of Protection, DOLs, S21A applications, safeguarding, homelessness, care act, education, Judicial review matters, leaving care rights, s17 Children act, Mental Health Act and other types of adult social care work. This role is open to Solicitors, Barristers or Fellows of CILEX.
