Job Description:
Interim Senior Property Lawyer - Local Authority
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the South East who are looking for interim support in the property team!
The role:
Day-to-day: commercial leases, licences, landlord & tenant work, easements, wayleaves, disposals, management/supervison of two lawyers in team, etc.
Contract length: 3-month initial contract, with a view to extend
Start date: within the next 6 weeks, but ideally within 2-3 weeks
Attendance: hybrid, ideally once per week attendance in office (could be stretched to once per fortnight dependent on location of candidate)
Hours: between 25 - 36 hours per week
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with experience, or at least knowledge of Local Authority processes to be considered for this position!
