About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Practice Manager to join a large local authority on a remote working basis with occasional office attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of a Practice Manager:
- Onboarding of legal case management system
- Key practice workflows
- Data analysis and presentation
- Financial management
- Recruitment, including drafting job specs/ads and onboarding team
- Maintenance of professional standards
- Risk and audit management
- Support to HoL/AD
- Training and resource management
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Practice Manager:
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
