Locum Legal Practice Manager – Full Time – Hybrid – 3+ months - Midlands
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently seeking an experienced Locum Legal Practice Manager to join a well-regarded Local Authority on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead and play an instrumental role in the daily operations of the legal team.
 
Role Details:
Rate: D.O.E
Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension
Working Arrangement: Full time with office attendance required in the Midlands
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Leading the onboarding of a legal case management system
  • Designing and implementing key practice workflows
  • Data analysis and presentation for strategic use
  • Financial oversight and management
  • Recruitment support, including drafting job specs and onboarding new team members
  • Upholding professional standards and overseeing compliance
  • Managing risk and audit processes
  • Supporting the Head of Legal and Assistant Director
  • Coordinating training and resource planning
