Locum Legal Practice Manager to join a well-regarded
Local Authority on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead and play an instrumental role in the daily operations of the legal team.
Role Details:Rate: D.O.E
Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension
Working Arrangement: Full time with office attendance required in the Midlands
Key responsibilities:- Leading the onboarding of a legal case management system
- Designing and implementing key practice workflows
- Data analysis and presentation for strategic use
- Financial oversight and management
- Recruitment support, including drafting job specs and onboarding new team members
- Upholding professional standards and overseeing compliance
- Managing risk and audit processes
- Supporting the Head of Legal and Assistant Director
- Coordinating training and resource planning
