Locum Senior Planning Lawyer – Home Counties – Up to £60 per hour (umbrella) – 4+ months
 
Location: Hybrid or Remote considered
Contract: Initial 4 months with the possibility for extension
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour (umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP
 
Venn Group’s specialist Legal team is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Lawyer to join a Public Sector organisation in the Home Counties on an interim basis.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on all matters relating to planning, including large highways and large development projects
• Provide advice on S106 agreements and all other related matters
• Support the planning team and liaise with Council officers to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and statutory duties
• Supervise junior staff members and provide support when required

 
About You:

• Experienced Senior Planning Lawyer
• Local Government/Public Sector experience is essential
• Ability to attend the office 1 day per week is highly desirable, but not essential
