Junior Lawyer - Property

Enfield (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Negotiable, umbrella

35 hours per week

Enfield Legal Services are recruiting an entry level lawyer, Property Lawyers/ILEX/Licensed Conveyancer to undertake a varied case load including regeneration projects, residential acquisitions/disposals, Right to Buy disposals, licences, leases, title work and basic planning section 106 agreements/unilateral undertakings.

This may suit someone wishing to move from a private law firm or charity sector to a career in local government.

This post is classified as a flexible worker and requires 2 days office attendance a week, although during the probationary period to support learning and assisting the post holder to excel in the role office attendance maybe up to 5 days per week
