Locum Commercial Property Lawyer - Merton, London
Initial 3-6 month contract
35 hours per week
Hourly rate: Negotiable (Umbrella) indicate rate sought.

We are looking for a Commercial Property lawyer with a proven track record in dealing with commercial property matters relating to asset portfolio management and experience in dealing with all aspects of public sector land holdings be that for development, sale, lease or otherwise.  You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to provide advice on all aspects of local authority land dealings. Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate experience and a good understanding of local authority governance.   

The candidate will have excellent communication, drafting skills and the ability to provide legal advice to a variety of audiences, including senior officers and Members.
