Locum Planning Lawyer
London Borough Council
£50 - £60 umbrella per hour
Hybrid working, predominantly remote
Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking a Planning Lawyer on an interim basis.
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, however this is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. You will work on a hybrid basis, attending the offices in London once per week and the rest from home.
The role will mainly include drafting Section 106 Agreements, as well as other planning and highways agreements, but there is opportunity to pick up more complex work for more experienced lawyers. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience within a local authority setting, however other sectors will be considered as long as there is strong experience of Section 106 Agreements.
If you believe you have the necessary skills, please apply as soon as possible. If you would like to discuss this role in more detail, please contact Brogan Connolly in our Manchester office.
