About the Commercial Contracts Lawyer position:
Sellick Partnership is thrilled to be assisting a Local Authority in Surrey, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Lawyer on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer will include:
Our client is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, with prior experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on contract and procurement matters. Day to day responsibilities may include;
- Holding full conduct of a varied caseload, which may include matters such as company law, subsidy control, NEC's and JCT contracts, service agreements and general contract queries
- Supervising more junior members of staff
- Deputising for the Principal Solicitor, where necessary
Experience required for the Commercial Contracts Lawyer position:
- Qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive
- Negotiating and drafting experience
