Venn Group is seeking a Locum Commercial Lawyer to join a team with a Local Authority on an interim basis. An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and can demonstrate prior Local Authority experience in handling contracts, procurement, and corporate matters.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating on a broad range of commercial contracts, agreements and funding arrangements
• Provide advice on corporate advice, IT projects, construction contracts, grant agreements and subsidy control
• Ensuring compliance with Local Government and Public Sector legal frameworks

 
Role Details:
Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension thereafter)
Working Arrangements: Fully Remote
Rate: Up to £65 per hour umbrella
