Job Description:
Venn Group's specialist Executive/Interim Division are delighted to be partnering with a Local Authority in the South East to support them with the recruitment of an Interim Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Deputy Monitoring Officer. To be considered for this position, candidates will need to be able to start in post within the next 2-4 weeks.
This assignment is offered for an initial 3-6 month contract pending permanent recruitment into the role. The position can be worked on either a 4 or 5 day per week basis and the successful candidate will be expected to attend the office once per week.
You will be handling a varied caseload of Litigation and Licensing matters, leading a small multidisciplinary legal team and supporting the Monitoring Officer. You will also be part of the Corporate Leadership Team.
A rate of between £450 - £650 per day via an umbrella company can be considered depending upon your level of experience.
