Venn Group is seeking a Democratic Services Officer to join a respected Local Authority on an interim basis. An ideal candidate can demonstrate prior Democratic Services experience within Local Government.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and distribution of meetings agendas
• Supporting the Council’s democratic decision-making processes, including servicing Committees and supporting elected members
• Attending and supporting regular evening meetings as required

 
Role Details:

• Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with a strong potential for extension
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working Available
• Rate: Up to £25 per hour (via Umbrella)
