Job Description:

Sellick Partnership is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to start a locum 6-month contract for a public sector organisation in the North East. This role will be diverse, working within a highly regarded and recognised organisation.

The Residential Conveyancer duties include;

  • Dealing with leasehold properties, reviewing and writing summaries on leases.
  • Drafting legal documentation for shared ownership schemes, assignments, and surrender/regrant for thirteen properties.
  • Dealing with disposals, staircasing, and purchases.

Experience required for the Residential Conveyancer role:

We are looking to hear from candidates who are either qualified lawyers, conveyancers, or experienced paralegals with experience in dealing with shared ownership and leasehold properties.
