Our Local Authority client based in Greater Manchester, is recruiting for a locum Adult Social Care Solicitor to join the team for an initial 3-month contract.
 
The position is due to start immediately, and offers remote working with attendance required for Court hearings.
 
The rate for the role is negotiable subject to PQE, and the role falls inside of IR35.
 
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling own caseload of Adult Social Care and Court of Protection matters, including care management and assessments, mental capacity, mental health, asylum, immigration and adult safeguarding
• Undertaking own advocacy and representing the Council at Court as required
